Terms of Service
These terms explain the basis on which you may use the Scenius website, submit information and engage with our pathway support services.
01 Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Scenius website, forms, content or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information to us.
02 Our services and role
Scenius provides general pathway guidance, skills information, evidence preparation support and referral assistance for experienced professionals exploring Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and qualification pathways.
Scenius is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and does not deliver nationally recognised training, assess competency or issue qualifications. Relevant RTOs are responsible for enrolment, assessment, RPL decisions, complaints, appeals and qualification outcomes.
03 General information only
Website content is general information. It is not legal, migration, licensing, employment, financial or professional advice. You should seek advice from an appropriate professional, regulator, licensing body, employer or RTO before making decisions that affect your circumstances.
04 No guaranteed outcome
Scenius does not guarantee enrolment, a qualification, a statement of attainment, a positive RPL outcome, employment, promotion, licensing, registration, visa or migration outcome. Outcomes depend on your evidence, applicable requirements and the decisions of the relevant RTO or authority.
05 Enquiries and submitted information
Submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation or sharing documents does not create an enrolment or guarantee that Scenius or an RTO will provide services. You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information and must not submit material that is false, misleading, forged, unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
06 Fees and client agreements
Any fees shown on the website are indicative unless confirmed in writing. If you become a client, the applicable quote, service agreement, fee schedule and refund terms will govern the paid services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
07 Privacy and cookies
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The website may use cookies and similar technologies. You can manage optional cookies through Cookie Preferences.
08 Intellectual property

You must not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, harvest data, impersonate another person or use the website unlawfully. Third-party links and services are provided for convenience; Scenius does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, Scenius is not liable for loss arising from use of or reliance on this website or third-party websites. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
