02 Scenius is not an RTO
Scenius is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We do not deliver nationally recognised training, assess competency or issue qualifications, statements of attainment or other certification documentation.
03 Partner RTO responsibility
Where Scenius provides pathway guidance, evidence support or a referral, the relevant RTO remains responsible for enrolment, assessment, RPL decisions, gap training, complaints, appeals, compliance and any qualification outcome. The RTO’s own policies and requirements apply to its services.
04 No guarantee of results
Scenius does not guarantee a qualification, statement of attainment, positive assessment outcome, enrolment, job, promotion, licence, registration, visa, migration result or other benefit. RPL and qualification outcomes depend on your evidence, the relevant RTO’s assessment and applicable requirements.
05 Accuracy and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information current and accurate, but it may not be complete, error-free or suitable for your circumstances. Qualification availability, fees, entry requirements, RTO arrangements, evidence requirements and assessment processes may change.
06 Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking whether a pathway meets your needs and for obtaining advice from the relevant RTO, regulator, licensing body, employer, migration adviser or other qualified professional. You are also responsible for providing truthful, complete and authentic information.

To the extent permitted by law, Scenius is not liable for loss arising from the use of or reliance on this website, general information, linked websites, technical issues, delays or changed RTO requirements. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09 No client relationship from website use
Using the website, submitting an enquiry or downloading information does not create a client relationship. A service relationship begins only when Scenius accepts an engagement under separate written terms or confirmation.
